Once I have a comprehensive understanding of your business, we go into Phase 2: Strategy and Marketing Plan. This phase is where I create a strategy and plan based on our briefing work together. Finally, we can start Phase 3: Implementation to execute the strategy to grow your business, so that you may serve more customers that need you. Phase 3 estimates may vary depending on insights from the Discovery Phase and created strategy, as well as how involved your team resources will be.
