ZIRO is a Unified Communications Service Provider, specializing in UC migration to Microsoft Teams Phone for midsize and large enterprise. As part of the integrated Marketing Communications strategy, I created this case study featuring a higher education client, one of our key target industries, that needed to migrate to Teams Phone without causing major disruptions to day-to-day operations.
