CMO Convo Podcast - Leveraging communities in the B2B sales cycle
CMO Convo (CMO Alliance) is a podcast for CMO’s by CMO’s.
In this podcast episode with Will Whitham from CMO Alliance, I explore how B2B communities can be a powerful tool throughout the entire sales cycle, from building awareness to closing deals and retaining customers. I cover the types of communities that resonate most with B2B audiences, how to build and nurture them in a way that delivers real value, and what it takes to keep members genuinely engaged. Will and I also discuss the growing role of communities as a more personal, human way to connect with customers in an increasingly AI-driven world, making the case that when done right, community building is less of a tactic and more of a long-term growth strategy.
