Do you have a DONE List?

Do you have a DONE list? ✔️

We all use some form of a To Do list whether it's on a notebook, Google doc, or productivity app like Notion or Trello (or all 3 combined). I also like to have a Done list.

My Done list includes all the tasks/achievements I completed this week and how they tie into my goals for this week/month/quarter/year?

This helps me keep track of everything I completed (because I forget), and it also helps me focus on the most important tasks that are going to make the biggest difference.

Here's how I do it:

[Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly view]

Goal 1
- Task/Achievement 1
- Task/Achievement 2
- Task/Achievement 3

Goal 2
- Task/Achievement 1
- Task/Achievement 2
- Task/Achievement 3

Goal 3
- Task/Achievement 1
- Task/Achievement 2
- Task/Achievement 3

Pretty simple, right?

But after a month/quarter/year, I can really look back and evaluate what I did well and what I could have done better.

It also makes me feel accomplished.

If you don't already have a Done list, I suggest you try it this year, and see how much closer you get to achieving your goals.
