babyTEL (now Cloudli) is a Unified Communications Service Provider for small, midsize, and large enterprise. After creating the positioning and messaging for two new products, based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles, pain points, jobs to be done, and competitive advantage, the website copy and structure was updated.
