I created the website strategy based on the ideal customer profiles, positioning, and messaging and grew the website traffic by 60%, and customer acquisition by 44%. The messaging and positioning of the website and solution pages were outdated and did not reflect where the company is today. After refining the positioning and messaging, based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles, pain points, jobs to be done, and competitive advantage, the website copy and structure was updated.
